Congratulations on a wonderful career. In 2001, I took my son to Road America for our first sports car race and you spoke with us in Victory Lane. You were kind and gracious and are one of the reasons we return to Elkhart Lake yearly for sports car racing.
By the way, where is Kim Hiskey now?
Thanks.

Thanks for a great day! and the laps in the 4000 V8 Quattro! I did not think the car would go that fast and stick in turn 1a!

Well Done!

A terrific drive in that huge Audi Randy. You and Mike were a blast to watch. Love those starts!

Your sponsors must love the way you handle the Press - very well spoken after such stints!

We met you last April, at the Audi Club Drivers' School at VIR where you devoted your day to hanging out with a group of died-in-the-wool Audi enthusiasts (Melonie was the lady feeding you veggies). You spent most of your time driving us around the track and commenting on how our cars handled (OK, so you did sort of set Matt Curry's Porsche on fire, but something like that always happens to Matt's cars). Later that evening, you became an Audi Club legend when the T-shirt you autographed became the hottest charity fund-raising item in club history.

Last spring, you made 150 of us Randy Pobst fans and I can assure you that we were all cheering you on. Enjoy your championship - and come back to spend another day with us at VIR next April.

Hi Randy
What can I say?? It's fantastic that you've won ... champion eh? That's a very sweet sound. Maybe I'll get to see you again one day, if you ever come over to England. Keep up the good work, you're brilliant.
Loads of Love, Sandra

Congratulations!

Randy, I always knew you had a ton of potential packed into that racing suit, and you are proving it to the world! I just wish I had gotten that spin around the Watkins Glen track with you that I always wanted. Now that would be a thrill even better than riding my Harley! I am so happy that Terry told me about your website. I have done "Randy Pobst" searches of the internet in the past, but to find so much about you in one spot is wonderful. I miss the days of watching you (and helping a little) back at Watkins Glen. Unfortunately, there are no tracks near Maine for me to see you again. Best of luck, and remember, I have chocolate chip cookies waiting for you.
Julia

Congratulations, Speed World GT Champion Driver!!!

Congratulations Randy!

Chris and I took advantage of SCCA Live Timing last weekend and again today to watch your and Michael's progress during the race. Fantastic efforts! We wish to congratulate you and your Champion Racing crew for giving us so much enjoyment throughout the year and bringing home the Trophies!! Congratulations to Michael and his crew as well!

We hope to see you and Michael at the Nationals at Infineon Raceway on 11/20 & 21. I'm looking forward to putting on the passenger seat belt while you show me the racing line around the track!

Best regards, Jim and Chris

Randy,
It's so great to find your website. I feel like a complete dolt not having found it earlier. Since we don't have cable television here I always felt out of touch with your races, though we'd catch as many as we could on the airwave channels. Now I can see everything!! This is great! I love the photos, you are even more handsome than ever. Your Dad looks great, too.
Love ya,
Terry and the other Pobst-Martins ;)

Your First First!

Hi Randy,
Just wanted to say Congratulations on your first 1st place finish this year in the Audi! I couldn't be happier for you. I know you must be ecstatic...and 1st in points to boot. Hang in there and hopefully you'll come out as the Points Champ. I'm cheering for ya.
Sherr :)

Dear Randy,

I wanted to tell you how great you did in the #18 TPC Racing Porsche at VIR. When I heard my dad on the radio screaming that the car ran out I thought the race was over for us.Fortunatly my dad made it in the pits almost a lap behind and you got in doing the fastest times of the race.On the second to last lap you gained first place and you and Doug Goad were fighting hard, and of corse when the checkered flew you won!

I wish you the best of luck at Daytona,

Harris Levitas

Grand Am Cup at Mid-Ohio
10/17/2003 09:22 AM Tom Chan
Dear Randy,

I want to let you know how impressed I was with your performance at Mid-Ohio for the Grand Am Cup race in the #18 TPC Racing Porsche. You flown in from Atlanta just before the race, with no practice you were turning lap times that were quicker than the leader's! WOW! It was just pure excitement to watch Dumoulin in the #119 car following you around in those final laps trying you pass you. And he couldn't do it. Randy, in my heart you won that race!

Sincerely,
Tom Chan

You are like wine, just keep getting better with age

Randy,
It's been a good 10 years since we saw each other last, but it doesn't stop me from going hoarse cheering you on from the confines of my couch. You sure know how to put on a show that beats any other forms of racing. Thank You!!!
Russ

Hey, we've got a lot in common. I lived in Germany 63- 65 and 69 -78 due to Army assignment with parents and hubby. Really got into racing at the "Ring" and got to be good friends with Jurgen Barth of the Porshce Factory. Where did you live? Keep up the great stuff.
